First Covered Wagon in Indiana

There are only a few posts left from the westward road trip.... they are too fun for me not to put up so here goes!

One night PJ and I slept in Indiana, and in the morning drove to the other side of the exit to gas up.  Right across the street from the gas station was a nursery with acres of trees, plants, and several large metal statues to include a covered wagon, bison, and a pink elephant holding a martini (which I did not get pictures of :o( )  This place began my habit of taking pictures with fake bison in any large form that I find them in!

Also on this same road was a sign for a restaurant that historically had been a stage coach stop.  We drove the mile down the road to see if it was worthwhile, but alas, nothing amusing to take pictures of....just a grey, nondescript building surrounded by parking lots and empty fields....so we journeyed on.
